And I don't think they could be this stupid to code their name on sensless basis!

BRAY for BRAIN

Well I partially agree with them, I've another proposition however!

ME 目 Means Eye

JI 自　Means Being (self) (oneself) [Jibun]

BRAY ブレイ Is from ブレイン BRAIN

I propose this meaning: Brain of the Eye Being.

Weird huh?

I propose this, because MEJIBRAY talks a lot about demons, possession and... Mental disorders and else...
MEJIBRAY for me means "the way that one-eye being thinks"

Let's say, you're possessed by a being, entity, which controls your brain, so, controls your movments, thoughts, tells and actions! And all you can see in that being is the eye! Yeah one eye! ...

You'll say: Why is there ears on the logo? And MEJIBRAY's News aren't wrong about it? I'm not saying they're wrong!
Just that I've another proposition here! And ears just mean "sound"... Music!
